As a Sector Skills Council, our business is to raise skills levels by identifying, developing and setting quality national standards across Justice related services in the UK; while helping individuals to improve their skills and employability, develop their careers and achieve their ambitions.
We work with Justice and public safety organisations across the UK to identify workforce development solutions that will help these organisations to create safer communities for all.
We are looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our high performing team. Workforce Development Adviser
£24,000 - £30,000 plus benefits
Based in our Edinburgh office
This role will involve consulting with employers and external partners to understand their workforce development needs.
You will identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity, providing advice and guidance on skills issues and promoting the use of standards and qualifications.
You will be an experienced and motivated project and budget manager with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. You will have an understanding of either the Justice sector, work based assessment and/or the UK skills agenda.
