Section E: Lists of other National Occupational Standards
National Occupational Standards must be developed by recognised standards-setting bodies (SSBs), such as Skills for Justice. You can access the database of all National Occupational Standards at www.ukstandards.co.uk - the website allows you to search for National Occupational Standards using keywords, occupational areas or by standard-setting bodies.
In addition, the SSBs' own websites will contain further information, and may also provide further guidance and case studies that you may find useful. This section therefore gives you contact details for the bodies that set National Occupational Standards that are most likely to be relevant to agencies providing legal advice. A full listing of all SSBs is available from the SSDA website at www.ssda.org.uk
