Legal Advice Qualification Scoping – Your help needed!
Skills for Justice are currently working with stakeholders from the Legal Advice sector to scope the development of an Apprenticeship Framework in Legal Advice.
We are currently working to scope the demand for an Apprenticeship Framework in this area and also measure the level of interest in the current Legal Advice qualifications – (see links below).

Level 3 Certificate in Providing Initial Legal Information and Advice |
We are asking for individuals and organisations within the Legal Advice sector to complete the short survey below. This will enable us to collate views on the current qualifications and the possibility of a new Apprenticeship Framework in this area.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete

Advanced Apprenticeship for Legal Advice
We are developing an apprenticeship framework for those working in the legal advice and legal aid sectors with employers such as Citizen’s Advice, Advice UK and others.
The Framework will include a Level 2 and Level 3 pathway which will give people working in this vital area the opportunity for a world-class, nationally recognised training and qualification package to ensure that the advice and service they give to the most vulnerable in England is as good as it can be.
